March 2026 Lunch & Learn Event "Pro-juct: Debunking the false debate Between Project Management and Product Management" Feat. Jesse Fewell

Abstract:
In today’s evolving world of delivery, the traditional boundaries between project and product management are blurring. Yet in many circles, project management is still seen as tactical and restrictive, while product management is celebrated as strategic and visionary. But where did this divide come from—and is it really helping anyone?
In this fast-paced and thought-provoking session, Jesse Fewell, PMP, unpacks the roots of this perception gap and reveals how project and product management can co-exist to create stronger outcomes. Through real-world examples and actionable insights, he’ll confront stereotypes head-on and highlight the shared competencies that drive success in both disciplines.
At the end of the session, attendees will be able to:
- Understand the evolution of project and product management perceptions—and why the distinction matters in today’s workplace.
- Apply tools and practices from both domains to increase influence, drive value, and thrive in hybrid environments.
