Abstract

In this Lunch & Learn, Basil Elyas, MSc, PMP, CSSBB, will delve into what Lean is, the Six Sigma methodology, and how it fits in with Project Management in today's environment. Attendees will receive practical insights on how to enhance efficiency, drive quality, and achieve exceptional results in projects.

Bio:

Basil Elyas is a Project Management Professional (PMP), American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Six Sigma Black belt (CSSBB), and Certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner. He is also a PMI Authorized Training Partner and an ASQConnEx ASQ-Authorized Expert. He is the founder and principal of Excellence Sigma Academy and Consulting. He is an inspirational instructor and a very committed and focused consultant with a remarkably successful record of accomplishments with over twenty-five years of experience in six sigma continuous improvement, process excellence, and complex project management.

Cancellation Policy: Event will be cancelled if we do not have a minimum of (6) or for other reasons out of control. All attempts will be made to re-schedule it.
